You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
You are responsible for activity under your account, including events you create and content you moderate.

You may not use Soraiah for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity, including uploading infringing, defamatory, or explicit content without proper rights and consent.
You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass security controls of the service.
3. User Content
You and your event participants retain ownership of content you upload.
You grant Soraiah a limited license to host, process, and display submitted content only to operate and improve the service.
4. Moderation and Removal
Hosts are responsible for moderating event content and complying with local laws and venue rules.
Soraiah may remove or restrict content or accounts that violate these terms or create legal or security risk.
5. Availability and Changes
We work to keep Soraiah available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including beta features.
6. Intellectual Property
Soraiah, its branding, and software are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, resell, or create derivative services from Soraiah without written permission.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Soraiah is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soraiah is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, revenue, or goodwill.
8. Termination
You may stop using Soraiah at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or if required for legal, security, or operational reasons.
9. Governing Terms
These terms are governed by applicable law in your operating jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
