Connect with an HDMI cable
This is the most direct setup. Open the display wall on your laptop, then connect that laptop to the TV or projector with HDMI or the adapter your laptop needs.
Steps
- Open the display wall link on the laptop you will keep near the screen.
- Connect the laptop to the TV or projector with HDMI, USB-C to HDMI, or the adapter required by the venue screen.
- Switch the venue screen to the correct HDMI input if it does not change automatically.
- Mirror or extend your display, depending on the setup, then move the browser window to the venue screen if needed.
- Put the browser into full-screen mode so only the display wall is visible.
