Approve or reject uploads

Uploads do not need to appear on the display wall immediately. Hosts can review them first.

What moderation does

• Approve sends the upload to the live display flow.
• Reject keeps the upload off the screen.
• Approve all is available on higher plans.

Good event practice

• Keep one host responsible for moderation.
• Review uploads during key moments so the display stays active.
• Test one approved upload before guests begin using the system heavily.
