Guests cannot upload
If guests say the upload flow is not working, check the event setup in this order.
Quick checks
- Confirm the guest scanned the correct QR code for the event.
- Check that at least one folder is upload-enabled.
- Check the file type and size the guest is trying to send.
- Ask the guest to refresh the page or retry on a stable internet connection.
If the event screen works but uploads do not
- Re-test the guest page on your own phone.
- Confirm the event is still active and the QR token is valid.
- Keep one fallback plan ready, such as collecting a few files manually if the venue connection is unstable.
