- Create the event and confirm the name, date, and timezone.
- Open the event overview and save the QR code you want to share.
- Test the guest upload page on one phone before the event starts.
- Keep moderation open so one person can approve submissions.
- Open the display wall early and confirm one approved upload appears on screen.
